How do I add the free streaming TV apps to both my phone lines, so my daughter and I both have the services?
The streaming services don't peovide a separate login per account. The streaming services are meant to be used in a single location. One Netflix account per T-Mobile account, not per line. One Hulu account per T-Mobile account, not per line. Some services allow for more than one person to be logged in on the same account at the same time.
