NO MLB.TV ticket 77143491

3 calls so far, no MLB.TV. I had it for about 3 weeks. Shut off around April 26th, I got an error message a couple of days before that. I HAVE NEVER GOT SUCH A RUN AROUND FROM T-MOBILE. ANYONE ELSE GET "THE RUN AROUND" EVERYTIME YOU CALL?
