Cannot access TMobile Money account on desktop or mobile

My friend just signed up last night and was approved and everything and is having the exact same issue when logging in hes getting “device not found” L159 error and ir seems like alot of people have been experiencing this error but no one has said anything about how it can be resolved please can anyone help us and tell us what to do???!!!!
