Dollar Car Rental with Magenta Status
I'm having the worse time trying to cancel my Dollar Car rental booked thru TLife offer booked thru them, not Dollar. Dollar send me to 3rd party where books and Tlife has no option to even modify let alone cancel
Vonnie9, I had the same issue and T-Mobile was unable to assist. After over an hour wait with Dollar customer service, I finally got through and was able to make my adjustments with no issues. Mondays are very busy for them.
It was a long long wait and a bit of a nightmare but Dollar rental did cancel for me. They even followed up with an email from a Supervisor apologizing. Keep trying.
