You will need to call customer care at 611 from your T-Mobile line, return to the store, or reach out to T-Mobile by sending them a direct message on Facebook or Twitter to find out what your options are. In some situations, there is a buyers remorse window of 14 days but Customer Care or the T-Force Team would have to tell you if that applies and what options you have.
