T-Mobile Tuesdays $1,00.00 contest winn false advertisement

IT advised me  last week for the  T-Mobile Tuesdays contest to win $1,000.00 spending cash for the holidays that I won. I saved it to my stuff,  I pressed the link and received a message stating that T-Mobile had a technical issue. The past week I have chatted with T-Mobile representatives saying that they will get this resolved yet today a T-Mobile supervisor is telling me she can not even locate the contest.
