5G and Alexa

I have great 5G signal and streaming on all of my TV's except one.  It's an Amazon Fire, so I think the problem is the same as with Alexa.  It worked fine and then I changed the the password and netw...

For your Echo Dots, you need to use the Alexa app on your phone and change the Wi-Fi network name and password for each speaker.  This is hard to find in the Alexa app!

Copied from Amazon Help:

  1. Open the Alexa App .
  2. Seleccionar dispositivos .
  3. Selecciona tu dispositivo.
  4. Select Device Settings .
  5. Select Change next to Wi-Fi Network.
  6. You can then:
    • Connect to one of your previously connected Wi-Fi networks.
    • Forget a previously connected Wi-Fi network.
    • Select Join another Wi-Fi Network to change to a new one.

 

For your Fire TV, you need to go to its settings and set up the network connection there.  I don't have my Fire TV stick connected at this time, so I can't check to see exactly how to find this, but as I recall, it wasn't hard to find.
