Buffering every 5 minutes!

Same story.... this buffering is ridiculous. Same time, every day...

We are dropping this home internet block thing. Says "GOOD" but just buffering programs. I think I have had enough. I'm going to sue them through a class action lawsuit. Seriously. I want my money back. Always on time auto pay. Been a phone customer for ever. I am done. Please do not insult me with, "Where do you have your equipment placed?"...... it's 6 ft from the TV.... I've held it up all over this house. Done. Talk to my lawyer.
