The quality of the service is heavily dependent on your location. Even if the tower is local you may be screened. That's why you get a trial period. You should not cancel your current service (If any), until till you're satisfied with the service. Also it takes some experimenting in you house to find the correct spot for the gateway (window, direction etc)
In my case, I have had excellent service for the last 2 months. I don't get fixated on speed tests or bars. I am only interested in streaming video (Netflix, HBO, Paramount etc.) which has been excellent.
The service is absolute garbage nd just a scheme to get u to sign up for another line it works for maybe and hour nd then it drops the speed then u call them they troubleshoot it{or so they say) nd it’s back to square one truly the worst service ever thinking about switching to spectrum
