Extremely low upload or none at all

Since Saturday I've been experiencing extremely low upload speeds. .15 to maybe 1 mb then Sunday evening lost upload speed all together. Can't even use the router still today just says no service. Before this always had around 20 mb upload, 80-100 download and ping between 30-70. Now all is the same but upload speed is isn't there. I've rebooted the router, relocated it to other places, left it unplugged over night. Still no change.
