Google blocking search
I placed a search on Google and this is the response I got back.
"This network is blocked due to unaddressed abuse complaints about malicious behavior. This page checks to see if it's really a human sending the requests and not a robot coming from this network."
What does this mean? Is Google trying to block my use of its service because of issues with T-Mobile?

I never received a response from TM.
FWIW, it eventually went away and I’ve not been getting this pop up on my TMHI service for a while now.

Just found this. I am having the same issue with TMHI. Sometimes its just clicking it but sometimes i have to do captcha 10 times to do google search. its so annoying. TMHI really need to find a solution to this. it was happening on my phone and now its happening on my desktop too and all devices. Service works great, and I am satisfied but this is really getting on my nerves lol.

I had this problem in Jan then after some time it went away. Now it's back. Did my IP change when I rebooted my router? Does TM have a fix?

After a bit of hold time and a few different techs… I was told to factory reset my gateway, they didn't seem to have a method for releasing my Public IP from their side. After the factory reset, I did get a different IP from T-Mobile, and at least at first blush I seem to be off the google naughty list for now.
So, if you know how to factory reset your gateway, give it a go. I would recommend logging your IP address before and after so you know that its changed and can correlate that to improvement on your google search abilities or not.

I stopped getting the captcha a few days ago, didn't want to come here and say anything because I didn't want to jinx myself until I was absolutely sure it was gone for good, but it seems like they must have finally fixed it! Fingers crossed that it doesn't return.
