Did you look under the bed? 😎 If you know the name you just enter the name and the pass phrase and you will be connected. If you don't remember the SSID/Name of the network then you can reset the gateway to factory default and set it up again.
That is sort of a chicken and egg game there. If you can't see the network, you can't get logged in to get an IP address and even if you know your IP address that you "had" that does not help. If the T-Mobile home internet mobile application can't connect to the hidden network that you don't see or know the name or passphrase well you are out of luck. Just have to start over by doing a factory reset. Hopefully the T-Mobile home internet mobile application will play ball and connect. It seems to only play nice on an Android and likes to play games with an Apple iOS device. Well, it seems to want to just ask you to setup the gateway for the most part. At least on my iPhone 12 Pro it is pretty much a near useless mobile application due to its poor functionality.
