i can not register for tmoible id
I STILL CAN'T REGISTER FOR A T-MOBILE ID so that I can manage my account. I cannot login online OR use the T-Mobile app because it keeps stating they don't recognize my email. I've had two lengthy phone calls with support and visited a store (whom in turn called support)… During this time I wasn't receiving any texts or emails from TMobile and they refused to confirm my phone number. As of now I STILL can't create a T-Mobile ID to manage my account. I get to the phone verification process and it gives an error please make sure the 10 digit t mobile number is correct then I enter my internet phone number and it gives another Error that the email is invalid. Please someone help. I don't want my service to be cut off for not receiving an email. How will I know when my bill is due?!!

I can not link my phone number to my T-Mobile ID to complete registration. I enter my T-Mobile Internet phone number and I get the error "We're sorry, we don't recognize this email. Please provide the email you used when purchasing your T-Mobile service, or contact Care by dialing 1-800-937-8997 or 611 from your T-Mobile phone." I enter my personal phone number and get the error "Make sure your 10 digit T-Mobile phone number is correct." I've spoken with customer care for two hours and still no one could help.
