IP Address and Geolocation - Shanghai, China
Periodically, I get an IP address in the range of 172.59.72.X, and this seems to get geolocated to Shanghai, China. When this happens, my work’s conditional access policy will block my login. ...

After communicating with T-Mobile's contact for ARIN, the issue appears to be bad data my work is getting for geolocation data. That seems plausible as other IP lookup sites put it in Kansas City, MO.
That also jives with data found at the link below provided via ARIN and T-Mobile.

I am having the same issues at my job currently...have you identified a way to get the correct geo data?
