no 5G signal

@W68chevy, in. essence, federal law requires cellular towers to be up and running, so generally, the issues are on the use rned, not the cellular provider. That said, can you please share a screen capture of your LTE signal and 5G screens? That will help diagnose your problem.
Log into your T-Mobile Internet app, then look at the bottom of the screen for MORE > Advanced cellular metrics > [then screen shot the results - you should see CQI, RSSI, etc.]
Nest, at the top of the screen tap on the 5G link and screenshot the same. Post both screenshots here.
Also, we would ask if you used the T-Mobile Internet Placement app to set up your gateway and set it in the optimal location. Looking at your T-Mobile 5G coverage map you should be in great shape for 5G internet access.
