Paramount+

I signed up for the Paramount+ offer and activated it. How do I sign on on my television? It did not ask me to set up a username and password, and it does not accept my T-Mobile username and password.

I am having this exact same issue.  I went through the steps, things were verified and things worked on web.  I then went to sign into roku and it didnt like my login credentials.  Reset password.  Unable to log into any devices now at all and tmobile has no idea whats going on.

  • I am having the same problem. I did click on the T mobile account, agreed to the monthly charge after year one and set up my account for Paramontt Plus. Paramnt plus then popped up briefly on my phone. I shut it down and when to my TV where it did not recognize the username and password I had just set up.  Wondering if this was a phone issue, I download the app and attempted to sign in on the phone an no luck there.  It said that my user name/password was invalid.  It was possible I typo'd on the password so I did a password reset but it isn't sending an email to my account. I'm in limbo.

Thank you; I did what you said...

If you did what @tomwil  (and T-Mobile’s page) said, you would have had to enter your email and choose a password to create an account:

If you didn’t get there and enter all that info, then you didn’t create an account (as in @tomwilStep 2 above). So while you think you did what he suggested, you really didn’t.

And that is probably why you didn't get an email about your password. If the account (with a password you selected) didn't get created, they wouldn't send you an email. For security purposes, many systems will just ignore requests for password assistance if there isn't an account in the system with that email address.  For security purposes, they won't even tell you the account doesn't exist. Not all systems do this, but many do, and it can be frustrating to think the system is going to send you an email, when it's just going to ignore you. I was a computer security specialist for more than twenty years, and I personally think there are less frustrating ways to handle this, so I feel your pain.

So if you go through the steps above, then you won't really be doing the same thing twice if you go in to Paramount+ and successfully create an account. Btw, I'm in my 70's, too, and I get frustrated when I have to spend a lot of time trying to get something like this to work, when it really should be easy. Each minute of my life that I waste now is a much bigger percent of the rest of my remaining life than it was when I was a young man.

Good luck, and if you can, please let us know what happens.

Thank you; I did what you said...which is what I did the first time. Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results. That aside, I will wait to see if the results are different.

    Gracias

I have no idea what the first sentence of your response is telling me that I need to do. I have the app on my tv. I tried changing the password from both my tv and from my pc. It said they would email me. I have not gotten an email, which tells me that I probably do not have the service even after I jumped throughout all of the necessary hoops. That seems to be confirmed by the fact that Paramount+ is not listed as one of my benefits on the T-Mobile site. If I don't get help soon with this, I am probably going to cancel the service that I don't seem to have. I am 75 years old and am not willing work to get a service that should have been simple to sign up for.

If you had followed the redemption process, it is simple.  Once verified by T-Mobile that you qualify for the Paramount+ promotion, you are directed to Paramount+ to create an account.  The account that is created, is used to access Paramount+.

    Activa tu suscripción a Paramount+.

    Paso 1:
Ingresa a tu cuenta de T-Mobile.

    Paso 2:

Una vez que completes la verificación, se te redirigirá para crear una cuenta con Paramount+.

when  you activated your account the information you used should be the same info you need to login to the service. also you need the paramount app on your tv.
