Hmm I am also experiencing issues with Cisco AnnyConnect and my T-Mobile Alcatel hotspot. I tried rebooting factory settings and toggling the Allow local access options -- which worked for a week or so--but I am now seeing the "Unable to contact ___" error.
I am considering setting up a secondary (travel) router to see if that would fix the issue, but curious if there are other workarounds. Thanks for any insight!
