Cisco Anyconnect VPN and T-mobile

My TM internet is connected to a Deco mesh network and works awesome.  When i connect to my Cisco Anyconnect VPN for work, my mesh network comes to a screeching halt.  therefore, I connect to the TM gateway directly before connecting to VPN.  It constantly kicks me out and has me at such a slow speed all of a sudden.  I know this is a recurring theme but just putting it out there.  TM needs to fix this or I will regrettably need to revert back to Xfinity which I really don't want to do but will have no choice.  Working fully remote makes this exceptionally frustrating and difficult.  ¿Tienes alguna idea?

  • Thats the issue you need

    1.2101.00.1609

    Are you new customer?

They usually put out the new update the first or second overnight you are online.

Call them ask them to put it now to you they will do it or you should get it overnight if you are new.

That was really helpful.  I did call and they confirmed this should help fix it all BUT they couldn't get the update to push through :(  THANK YOU!!!

Odd they will normally just do a push if you ask maybe policy has changed.

But leave everything online overnight normally it goes in between 2 and 3 am. Most of the time on the first night fingers crossed.

  • I hope this is not considered hijacking this post. I am having the same issue and noticed my FW Version is 1.00.16 should I call and get them to process an upgrade? I have had my system for 5 months now. My CIsco VPN works but is considerably slower.

I have a similar issue. Copying files from my work computer on VPN gives me less than 5mb download speed, while copying the same files from Google drive outside the VPN gives me 45mb. I have the KVD21 gateway model with firmware 1.00.16.
