Rapid changes in my Dynamic IP Address

I have been having this problem for a while. While many of you seem to be in Minneapolis, Most websites think I am in Minneapolis when I am actually near Des Moines, 250 miles away. Even on the T-Mobile website, if I search for a T-Mobile store near me, it gives me stores near downtown Minneapolis. Frustrating! when placing an order to be picked up at a store. Most websites seem to ignore my profile and default to the physical address of the IP address.
