Roblox and T-Mobile Home Internet

I've been stumped all week. But I think i figured it it out.
If you’re able to, check under parental controls
Permission & Controls > family controls > web guard >
select the line and then turn off web filtering. Anytime web guard is on, it seems it blocks roblox regardless if it is Low, Medium, High. Still testing to confirm the different levels but roblox def works with it off.
