Roku unable to "see" 5Ghz network

I spent about an hour with a very knowledgeable T Mobile tech yesterday. We spent some time going through all of things that I had basically tried already, then as a last result we did a factory reset for the router. That didn't cure it either, so they are sending me a replacement router (under warranty). I'll keep my fingers crossed!
