T-Mobile non return fee on gareway scam

So I am a victim too of this scam. I called so many times and the return fee keeps getting lowered. I am disgusted and beyond furious. I have been going through this since June 2022. Today I was talking to a rep via app and again with they still haven't found it and no refund( which is lower than what I paid) We should file a class action suit against them because this is unacceptable!
