T-Mobile Community CloudFront 403 errors
What is with all these CloudFront 403 errors?
Can T-Mobile find a better server provider other than Amazon, with all the extra money they are getting from removing the credit card discount on autopay?
I find myself less on this community, because of the frustration of attempted logins, unable to read the threads, or writing a response only to have it rejected by the 403 error and losing what I wrote.
This has been going on for months, without any apparent resolution.
@HeavenM any insight?

Hola @tomwil I know the 403 errors were coming up a lot awhile back and we implemented a fix. I am so sorry that I was not aware that it was still going on with that frequency. I am looking into this again now so that I can see why that fix didn't work and what more can be done to fix this.

@HeavenM, yes, after not getting the 403 error for several months, I started getting it again frequently a few days ago. Thanks for anything you can do to get the problem fixed.
oh no! Thanks for letting me know it is still happening. I have also seen some instances of the error and I am working on finding a more permanent solution. I like that it was fixed for a while, but I want it fixed forever. 😁

403 FORBIDDEN error on DesignCuts.com
Every time I purchase something from them and go to download it, this is what I am getting - it is also wanting to translate something from Dutch to English, however, there is no Dutch anywhere to be seen to translate. This happened a few months ago but then after a few days it was all back to normal and I had no issue. Now, it is constant. When I contacted their support team, they uncovered that all of their T-Mobile customers were having the same issue. Sounds like maybe IT has punched in the wrong keystroke? 😉
Anyway, I hope T-Mobile is working to remedy this soon! Thanks for any and all help on this matter.

Hey there! 403 errors are site specific and have to do with the traffic going to that website. I am curious. Are you using the T-Mobile Internet Gateway to connect to the internet or are you using another internet solution?

We have T-Mobile internet and phones.

We, too, are getting the 403 error with our bank, consumer.prosperity.bank/login.aspx, using TMHI wifi and a laptop. The fix was to use the bank's ios app, turning off wifi, and using cell data. FYI, cell provider is a not TM. Gracias.

My problem is that I am using a desktop with straight internet connection to T-Mobile (no wifi as with a cellphone).
