Search/Post/Edit on Community

Search for posts

A continuación hay consejos y trucos para que busques contenido fácilmente.

  1. Navega hasta al página de inicio.
  2. In the top search bar, use keywords to find posts related to your question.
    Por ejemplo, si tienes problemas con el volumen de tu Samsung Galaxy S8, podrías usar la frase "Volumen del Galaxy S8".
  3. Select a topic to view it.

Preguntar

  1. Busca tu respuesta en Comunidad de T-Mobile antes de anunciar una pregunta.
  2. If you aren't able to find an answer, go to the board that most closely relates to your question.
  3. Select the magenta Comenzar una discusión .
  4. Give your post a sweet title and all the details in the description.
  5. Publicar and watch the answers roll in.

Edit your post

Ever make a post and then realize you had a typo? The worst feeling ever! On the Community, you have one hour from posting to edit. Add the useful details, remove personal information like phone numbers, and fix all those typos to make it easier to understand. 

  1. Open your post.
  2. Selecciona el gear at the top right, then Editar.
  3. Make your changes, then Guardar.

Follow a post

  1. Open the post you want to follow.
  2. Elige el Suscríbete icon at the top that looks like a bell.
  3. To un-follow, click it again.

Find your own posts

  1. Select your profile picture in the top-right corner, then choose Perfil.
  2. Your activity is under Contributions.

Mark an answer as best

  1. Open your post. It must be a post you created.
  2. Scroll down to review all the replies.
  3. Mark as Solution under the answer that's best.

Reply to a post

  1. Choose a post and scroll down to the bottom.
  2. Usa la Leave a reply box to share your thoughts, then choose Responder.
