T-Mobile IP's Blocked
Having a lot of issues with T-Mobile Home Internet IP's getting blocked by sites and services. Other than using a VPN, which is a pain in the backside + slows the connection + still runs in to block ...
First, the 403 error is being generated by the Forum website which constantly gets overloaded, hence the error message. Wait just a few minutes and it will clear.
Second, T-Mobile does not block websites. It does lack NAT and and the ability to manipulate DHCP, but that doesn't have any affect on websites.
Have you checked your DNS settings? I'm not sure if you're on a PC or Mac, but either way, make sure the router is listed as 192.168.12.1 and if that's true, then try adding Google's DNS, 8.8.8.8. Make sure your VPN is disconnected. Also, is the inability to connect common to all devices or just the one you're writing about?
