Tbh, in areas that i travel, TMobile has been literally stating upgrades for 10 years, and still no service. In others they're claiming upgrades 1 month after they completed upgrades, and worst of all, in one area, they removed the tower, stated "modernization ", and no ETA. Its been more than a year.
