Unable to unblock a device
I am in the process of figuring out the new app TMobile has us using to manage home internet. While I was messing around with the app, I accidentally blocked my step sons Xbox and I can't unblock it so he can play games online. Is there a way to unblock his Xbox so he can game online?
I got the same exact issue. So I called the customer service technical support. And the solution for the situation is to hold the reset button on the 5G modem for more than 5 seconds to start the factory reset on the gateway, after that, you will have to set up the gateway and it will reset everything to the original settings including the password.
