International Pass Ripoff
I signed up for an 10-day International Pass this morning. I overlooked the option to select a start date so it defaulted to today/immediately. I called Customer Support and was told they couldn't change the start date since it defaulted to immediately. This is unreasonable and poor customer service. Be careful of gotchas.
