Jump Reactivation

I’ve looked everywhere for this answer and I can’t get a straight answer from anyone;

 

I jumped my iPhone but decided the new phone wasn't right for me. Return is completed, the device has been removed, refund has been received, but I'm now waiting for the device to show the Jump option again. 
 

Does anyone know how long this usually takes? My multiple CS conversations have all ended with, "Once your line shows we can Jump, we can submit the order." It's kinda frustrating that even with everything showing I no longer have the upgraded device, there is nothing that can be done until the system updates on its own.
