I ALSO SIGNED UP FOR T-MOBILE

I signed up for T-Mobile back in September!! When I signed up I was informed that there was a keep and switch promotion along with internet promotion and my last bill from Verizon would be paid in full and any devices under contract would be paid off since I wanted to keep my phone. 
 

WAS THAT A MISTAKE!! Not only am I NOW RECEIVING BILLS FROM VERIZON FOR 4,000 but yet have I to get anywhere WITH T-MOBILE!! The manager in fact was the one to tell all THIS BS!! 
 

I have been battling back and forth to get what was promised to me!! Not only having to explain my situation to several different people but not getting what was promised!! T-MOBILE SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR FALSE ACTIONS!! Something needs to get  done about it. 

Then perhaps their management would sell lies just to make a commission check!! This is BS!! And I am still looking for something to get done!
