Feels like a scam
Returned the previous Internet router because the sale representative at the store said that a new one was in. I returned the item via UPS . T-Mobile is charging me 79$ plus taxes because the little paper sticker warranty is a bit scratched . It's made of paper !! So you lost a customer for sure here .
Sad business T-Mobile
T-Mobile has the worst customer service for somebody who been a loyal customer for 11 years And this is how they treat customer and for me to be reaching out to customer service since two days before Christmas and nobody could fix the problem or the issue that’s going on with my Account This is sad Business
T-Mobile app no longer allows me to login with my fingerprint
For the last few days I have been unable to use my fingerprint to login to the T-Mobile app. If I try selecting log in with your fingerprint I get a popup telling me to enter my phone number and password. Is anyone else having this problem? I tried checking my settings but I can't find anything allowing me to adjust login preferences
Firmware update for vintage Mac
Anyone know if I can download a firmware update on my phone instead of my vintage Mac. I no longer connect the vintage mac to the internet, but still use it for certain purposes and backups. But it always wants the update. I am avoiding doing the update on the Mac, due to the fact Apple stops updating vintage Macs after a certain period.
Voicemail problem since Nov 23, 2024
My visual voicemail stopped working 11/23/24, so I called Tmobile and they fixed it, but in doing so deleted all my old voice messages including those from my mother who died in February2024. I know these voicemails are on the Tmobile server, but 4 phone calls and 2 emails to tech experts telling me they cannot retrieve them is not what I want to hear. Any advice? I have a Samsung 23 5G phone and all software up to date. Tmobile struggles with their voicemail in general. I have been with them > 20 years. I did save all my voicemails, but did not back up to another source. Please help...Allowed Numbers in Family Allowances Not Working
I just switched my familyfrom Verizon to T-Mobile. One of my phones is an Android for my mother who is a dementia patient in assisted living. To keep her safe from scammers, Verizon had a family app that allowed me to restrict both incoming and outgoing calls and texts to a specific list of numbers that I set up in the app, what used to be called a "White List". If the number is on this list, the call wasallowed to connect, if it's not on the list, it was blocked. T-Mobile told me their Family Allowances service does the same thing, but I have not been able to make it work and, sadly, no one at T-Mobile Tech Support can figure it out either. The Family Allowances Dashboard looks like the functionality is there, but obviously, there are serious flaws in the programing behind itthat is preventing it from functioning as intended. Has anyone out there been able to make Family Allowances work as I have described it? If not, are you aware of third party apps that work?
