Trouble with mobile app

Can anyone help me. I switched from Verizon to t-mobile and since first day of switching had problems. Problems are as follows, mobile app will not let me log fully on to verify my number so I can start using app. Website doesn't fully log me on as well and can't check on my rebate or even seen if it's been submitted.  Mobile app asked me to verify my number. I type everything in app just keeps loading and spinning, loading and spinning. Website does the same thing then times out giving me an error. Please anyone can help me with this, been a week and really like to check my rebates, usage etc.
