What happened to the T-Mobile customer service messaging on T-Mobile App

It appears that the T-Mobile app has effectively been replaced with T-LIfe and no longer has the ‘Messaging’ feature only the Contact Us option.

Oh dang! What about the chat bubble on the website?

Did you know you can also send a text message to 611? You get the normal messaging experience like you would when using the chat on the app or website.

Well… I can’t really use social media for T-Mobile, as after questioning T-Mobile’s coverage map and service, they blocked me from ALL T-Mobile social media.

Hmm. I don't see the contact us option in the app either. It looks like it is just unavailable at this time. I am not sure when it could be back. BUT I usually use the DM option on Facebook since the social media platforms have the T-Force team. Great way to connect and get stuff done.

I did the typical 611.  Oddly enough, customer Care team has returned to California (typically offshore)
