Netgear Nighthawk M5 (MR5200) Mobile Router never connects to fast.t-mobile.com
After setting my new Netgear Nighthawk M5 (MR5200) Mobile Router up with the fast.t-mobile.com APN, it never connects. The status just continually says "Searching for network, please wait..." The associates at my local T-Mobile store were unable to get it to connect either. This device shows as "fully compatible with T-Mobile's network technology" and "device is not blocked from use on our network" when I use the T-Mobile IMEI checker. What am I missing here? Has anyone else gotten a M5 to connect to the T-Mobile APN?
T-Mobile 5G Hotspot keeps resetting hotspot settings
I have aT-Mobile 5G Hotspot in my car and at least weekly the hotspot settings (SSID settings) are changed (reverted to what seems like factory defaults). I have a SSID configured for both the 2.4 and 5Ghz radios, with custom names. However, during this 'revert' the 2.4Ghz radio is disabled and the 5Ghz SSSID reverts to factory default name and password. The admin password doesn't change and is still the one it's set to, so it doesn't seem like the entire unit is reverting it's configuration, only the SSID settings.
