Agent needs to be commended!!!!
TMobile is VERY lucky to have Nick at the Bellingham, WA call center!!! After not having internet connection for almost a week and was being told that "engineering was working on pushing something out to our tower" by numerous agents (June 6 through June 10, 2024) and by troubleshooting there were no good results. We were almost ready to cancel everything we have with TMobile and go back to Spectrum and ATT. (We missed 2 games of the NBA playoffs, btw). I tried my luck once more last night (June 10, 2024). I was lucky to get connected to Nick at the Bellingham, WA call center! After him actually taking the time to listen to me and him researching every possible reason (for almost 2 hours!) we had internet/wifi up and running! He is awesome!!! Do you hear me??? AWESOME!!!!!! I told him that we needed to be friends! I want him on speed dial!!! He seriously needs to be commended for his patience and knowledge!! Please pass this along to him and his management/admins!!! MUCH gratitude for his service from my husband and I!!!! Jerry and Tona Haggermaker Athens, Alabama

Dennis has a great attitude! He was very kind, patient, and helpful! He went above and beyond to make sure my questions and concerns were answered and addressed and taken care of! On top of that, he was quick with his service! I don't know if any of the representatives can pick their own waiting music, but if they do, he had such a good song on for the wait! "Hello, it's Me" by Todd Rundgren! Instantly made me think of my grandma (she loves that song) and it made waiting enjoyable 😊 Thanks again Dennis you're cool and you deserve recognition!!!
