Hey everyone, I wanted to bring up an issue I've been facing with my legacy Sprint plan and the recent changes to the included services. As of September 1, 2023, I received notice that the TIDAL music service, which was originally part of my legacy Sprint plan, has been discontinued. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time T-Mobile has made changes to services associated with legacy Sprint accounts. Just earlier this year, on April 1, 2023, they also discontinued the "Amazon Prime on us" service for some legacy Sprint plans, without providing any suitable alternatives for either Amazon Prime or TIDAL music. I reached out to T-Mobile's customer support about the loss of my TIDAL music service, and their proposed solution is to offer me a one-year free Pandora subscription. However, comparing Pandora to TIDAL music is like comparing apples to oranges, given the significant difference in quality and features. To make matters worse, the proposed solution includes a one-year free subscription followed by a requirement to pay for it afterward. I've spent quite a few hours on the phone with customer service, and it's been frustrating trying to find a better solution. I'm seriously considering seeking legal advice at this point to determine whether the discontinuation of services like TIDAL music and Amazon Prime is grounds for a class action lawsuit or if it raises questions about the merger agreement that was put in place. I'd appreciate any advice or input from those who may have experienced similar issues or have knowledge in this area. Has anyone else faced a similar situation, and if so, how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance for any help or insights you can provide. --- Source: Amazon Prime | Sprint Support TIDAL offer ending | Asistencia de T-Mobile1.3KViews1like3ComentariosOriginal Tidal Username - How to get it or get back to Tidal account after switching phones?
Came from Sprint with 5 lines. Had the Tidal account Sprint provided for free and my daughter used it heavily. She created many many playlists that are dear to her. She had done the initial set up via Sprint and was working great for many years. She never created a Tidal username and password when she was prompted. The app just worked on her phone based on the original set up through Sprint. She just got a new iPhone and did a back up and restore. Unfortunately the Tidal account had her logged out. She did not have any information on how to log back in because as a user her account was set up through Sprint, and she never updated the account with an email and password. Now she cannot get into her account, thinks she has lost all of her playlists built up over many years (having a meltdown). Tidal tech support said if we can provide the original username of the account they can help get her connected to her account again. How can you get that original username if this was part of the original Sprint set up? Anybody know or been through this? I called T-Mobile customer support. I had a discussion, and was on hold alot, and it seemed like the person I was speaking with understood, but I am not sure. He said he has to send this information to the back office and they may be able to provide you a link to get back to the account. Don't know if that is a thing or not. I would appreciate anyone's help or insight.112Visto1like1Comentario
