Unable to remove add-on from online order
Hi, I have been trying to add a new line to my account by purchasing a new phone online. I am on an old Simple Choice plan. The issue is there is an add-on which says SC Data 6GB & SMHS for $15/mo that shows up before placing the order and there is no option to remove that add-on. Any idea how to remove this add-on before placing the order? Gracias
600 off when adding a new line
When adding a new line and buying a phone for it, tmobile offers $600.99 off the phone total cost. It is sometimes lower for certain phones but there is generally a discount when adding a new line. Is this offer limited to one line only or can it apply multiple times? I´m trying to add two lines to my plan for a total of 3 and I´m getting a new phone for both of those lines. Is the deal limited to the first line I add or can I use it twice? ¡Gracias!

I recently switched to T-Mobile now that I've managed to test it out. I am trying t bring my family over however, when I try adding multiple lines online it won't let me. I can only seem to add one line. When I first making my T-Mobile account and looking at plans it would let me add multiple lines for a new user but nowIt doesn't even give me the option to add more than one. Is there a bug or can I not add multiple lines online?
