employee compliment

I want to compliment Shawn Malen at TMO's Santa Rosa Mall store for the help he provided me over the last couple of days.  I wanted to upgrade my iPhone, modify our plan, and add an Apple watch to my account.  These transactions took a long, long while to complete, including setting up the new equipment with iOS 16.4.1.  Shawn took all the steps needed to send me out the door with a big smile and the new equipment and revised plan fully functional.  

I have been a TMO customer for many years, benefiting from your usual excellent level of customer service.  Shawn's help lived up to that reputation, making my transaction a smooth professional experience, quite unlike misadventures with wireless or cable telephone customer service I have heard about from friends and coworkers!
