T-Mobile Internet App can't see connected devices
Whenever I try to see connected devices on my Android T-Mobile Internet App I get the "Let's get you reconnected" screen: The only solution is torestart my home Internet router. After I get out of range and back to my home internet the issue starts up again. I don't think restarting my home Internet should be a solution. Restarting the App on my phone and logging out and back in do not work. Anyone know if a solution?
Incorrect password every morning
Just started a 3g home internet trial, and have been using the Arcadyn router for 3 days. Every morning my Samsung phone, which was connected OK to the router, reports the WiFi password is incorrect. This is most certainly not true, as typing the same password reconnects OK. I've not experienced this specific issue before, on any router or phone pair. Is this a known bug or compatibility issue with Samsung phones?
T-Mobile Gateway and Orbi AC2200 Tri-band WiFi Router w 5 satellites
I live in a100 year old brick building. I have one of the 2,500 sq ft condos. The walls consist of brick, wire lathing, and plaster. (This is a serious Faraday cage) I currently have comcast as my ISP but want to change. To get a Wi-Fi signal through the condo I currently have an Orbi router and 5 satellites. Would the T-Mobile gateway connect to my Orbi router and have enough bandwidth to service my home?
