4 TopicsComplaints re: LLM data analytics; re: privacy dashboard
This is a 2 part complaint: First, about t-mobile's sentiment analysis/data analytics processes becoming intrusive and buggy, prompting me to provide feedback. Second, t-mobile's privacy dashboard is not user friendly and makes opting out of ads a difficult and convoluted process. 1: It is increasingly self evident thatt-mobile has begun incorporation of large language models into their sentiment analysis and/or other optimization processes.I would like to report improper deployment of your LLM for data analytics, used on datacollected from myself and my family all of whom are enrolled in the family plan with t-mobile….Using our t-mobile provisioned devices has become increasingly burdensome. While on or off, our mobile phones are creating excessive frequency-related noise, increasingly so in the past few months. It has now become INTOLERABLE. I beseech the developers behind network provisioning and the data analystics team to revisit their deployment of intent based sentiment analytics or any optimization techniques incorporating end user data. Please incorporate the following feedback into your deployment processes: your production deployed LLMs ARE HALLUCINATING. That, or t-mobile is unaware of some MALWARE that is injecting LLM-produced noise vectors into network communications frequencies. Furthermore, the LLMs are incorporating highly sensitive personally identifiable information as evidenced in the semantics of the hallucinatory outputs produced….The noise generated by our t-mobile devices is persistent, loud and threatens the peace of our immediate surroundings. It is also a flagrant violation of user privacy rights and results in VERY POORend user experience. Please address this exploit ASAP. 2: Your privacy dashboard needs to incorporate processing requests of multiple users concurrently. I recently opted to change all parameters of privacy choices to better protect my consumer data, and I chose to opt out of advertising and data collection on ALL THE PHONES enrolled in t-mobile plan. Several automated emails were sent to me informing me that my opt-out choices were invalidated because I had created changes applicable to all phone numbers associated with the plan. PLEASE CHANGE YOUR POLICY so that I can make privacy changes on my dashboard for all phones in my plan IN ONE SHOT. Your current policy clearly serves to discourage end users from making privacy protective choicesby complicating and obfuscating the dashboard's interactivity. Please FUNCTIONALIZE your privacy dashboard to reduce the time and steps needed to make changes.41Visto0likes0ComentariosOnePlus 8T 5G & Android 12 = Android Auto audio bug! Ayuda.
I recently upgraded my T-Mobile OnePlus 8T 5G to the Android 12 update (security update July 5, 2022) - software version KB2007_11_C.41. There seems to be a bug with this update. Whenever I connect the phone to my vehicle's radio and initiate Android Auto, the phone prompts me what USB mode I want it to connect the USB through. I select Android Auto, and the phone connects, but all audio - music, podcast, etc. - while playing cuts in and out constantly. For example, the audio playing will pulsate between the vehicle's speakers and then the phone's speakers - over and over. I've tried everything and can't figure out what's going on. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? For the record, I never had these issues while on Android 11, and nothing has changed with my vehicle's radio. The only variable change has been the phone's operating system version. This bug needs to be fixed by OnePlus/T-mobile.So frustrating!698Visto0likes3Comentariosbug report
I have the OnePlus 9 T-Mobile variant upgraded to Android 12. I've noticed a few bugs after the update. 1. The new messaging app displays text in the wrong order and shows incorrect dates text are received and/or sent. 2. Incorrect processor 888 snapdragon is correct. But is showing 855 snapdragon. 3. Low volume/muffled calls. I've checked with a few other phones, no issues. Seems to to only be affected by the OnePlus 9 T-Mobile variant.394Visto0likes7Comentarios
