retrieving call records
Hello, I am involved in a car insurance claim, which needs my call records since Apr 1st. However, I portedmy current number from my prepaid account to my postpaid account (both are tmobile) on Apr 29th. Right now, I can only get records after Apr 29th from my postpaid account. I have already contacted prepaid department, they told me that they are unable to provide me the records since my prepaid account is closed during the porting in process. What can I do with this?
