retrieving call records
Hello, I am involved in a car insurance claim, which needs my call records since Apr 1st. However, I ported my current number from my prepaid account to my postpaid account (both are tmobile) on Apr 29th. Right now, I can only get records after Apr 29th from my postpaid account. I have already contacted prepaid department, they told me that they are unable to provide me the records since my prepaid account is closed during the porting in process. What can I do with this?
Prepaid plans don’t have detailed billing so there would be no call records for those dates.

Thank you for response. But the car insurance company insist to request it. Is there anyway to retrieve those records?
The only call records are going to be on your phone.
