Unable to connect prime video and netflix but able to connect to YouTube
I have a very strange issue since last night. I am not able to connect to Netflix app, Prime video app, Ring app, etc from my phone (and my wife's phone)via Home Internet or Tmobile cellular. However, I have no issue connecting to YouTube app and many other apps. Also, I can login to Netflix and Prime video via my phone's browser. To make it even more confusing….When I connect my phone to my friend's home wifi (Spectrum customer), I have no issues connecting to Netflix, Prime Video, etc. Also, none of my amazon devices (echo, fireTV, etc) have internet access since last night. I connected these devices directly to the Gateway. i rebooted the gateway and my devices many times….still have the issue> I am completely lost…. Any idea? Thanks
