bad signal
I just called tmobile. Basically the tower 5 block from i can not connect to is because it only broadcast on 45 degree. It is facing away from me causing me to use the tower far from me causing me to have slow internet speeds. There is no fix untill 30 to 60 days and that is not gaurenteed to be fixed. What they advertise is false. There is not place to complaim to
How do you get an esim card when you don't have a sim card to verify your identity
Hi there, I am currently working in UKRAINE with an international humanitarian group and my colleague was "helping me" by trying to put a second local sim card in my samsung phone and somehow managed to lose my tmobile sim card. Now I REALLY need your help because I cannot receive thecode to confirm my identity to get an esim because my phone has no sim card. This is a real Catch-22 that is leaving me cut off from family, friends, AND T-Mobile when I need it most! I sent a message to tmo_mike_c Community Manager to see if I could use another way to verify my identity. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your kind consideration and prompt assistance.
