How to factory reset One Plus with a black screen
I dropped my phone. The screen didn't shatter, but the screen is black. I can't do anything including transfer my data. The alarm clock goes off constantly. How can I stop the alarm? I can't send the phone to the insurance co. in the mail like this. I also have confidential work information on the phone that was still open when the phone fell. I just got an IPhone and I have An android right now. I'm trying to transfer my cellular datafrom my Samsung to the IPhone 14. It says I need some activation code and a SM-DP+ Adress and a confirmation code or also a qr code. But I don't see any of those things in my galaxy s20.
Samsung phone suddenly will not receive calls
So I have had this phone for about a year connected to T-Mobile without any issues until last month, where it and another phone on the line lost connection and could not use mobile data, however we fixed it at the store. But recently just randomly, my phone specifically will not receive calls, but the strange thing is that mobile data works and I can make and receive texts, and also make calls, I just can't receive the calls. When someone attempts to call, it rings but on my phone the 4G LTE icon at the top turns into a blocked icon and then returns to the normal 4G LTE icon and the call ends. We went to the store and they changed the sim but it did not work, and they just told me to upgrade my phone (I did not buy the phone at T-Mobile). So now I cannot receive any calls from anyone, and it is kind of frustrating and my phone is not that old (it's a Samsung A32 4G). At the store they put the sim card in another phone and it worked however, and they said that it's my phone. If so how can I fix it if I can? Any help is appreciated, thank you.
One Plus 7T wont allow youtube and facebook on data
My phone won't connect to YouTube, Facebook or Outlook on data. I can get onto games and other sites. It says its dangerous to continue I click on advance anyway and then it says there is a problem. I checked Google chrome security and it's all good. Download Android internet and still can't get on. Any ideas? When I'm on wifi there are no issues and I can get onto other sites on data.S21 Ultra Loses Data 4g/5g but not texting or calls after update
Hi, Runing a Galaxy S21 Ultra T-Mobile (SM-G998U) My phone pulled down the latest T-Mobile update yesterday around 10am EST time Installed it. Since then I have lost all data connectivity unless using Wi-Fi, texting and phone calls are fine. I tried the troubleshooting below: Restart Power off/Power On Pulled the sim card (while off and On Changing the network modes to LTE/3g and LTE/3G/2G Manually creating an APNwith IPV4/IPV6 ManuallySelecting Networking operators (also tried AT&T then back to T-Mobile) Did some errands in other towns to confirm it is not a tower problem other phone in the house does have 4g/5g full signal. My phone does have full bars as well just missing the 4G/5G symbol.
