How can I get an e-mail receipt and a notification of my payment as a prepaid customer?
Hello. today I was on my account and looking at the activity or bill pages. I had reviewed the completed purchase history, summaries, etc. One of those on the list had an option to have it e-mailed to me. When I clicked to have it e-mailed to me, It was not e-mailed to me. I would like to know why that option did not work, and why it might not have been e-mailed to me. I did, however, somewhere find an option to download a PDF of the paid bill for my records.
