Hello, please clarify. The website had an option to e-mail me the information. It did not e-mail me it when I requested it. It did have a PDF available which I downloaded of the paid bill. I also can take a screenshot of the payment after I pay it. Hello, I was trying to use chat support earlier, but I found that it seemed to reset if I was trying to navigate to other links within the site, or something like a disconnect (though I was not disconnected from the internet) occurred. There also seemed to be a possible bug that while i was in the same window, that an existing chat agent window was active, but the bot window opened, then the active agent disappeared (possibly without opening a link). Hello. today I was on my account and looking at the activity or bill pages. I had reviewed the completed purchase history, summaries, etc. One of those on the list had an option to have it e-mailed to me. When I clicked to have it e-mailed to me, It was not e-mailed to me. I would like to know why that option did not work, and why it might not have been e-mailed to me. I did, however, somewhere find an option to download a PDF of the paid bill for my records.135Visto0likes3Comentarios
