Picture texts fail to send unless the contact responds
I got an iphone 12 on the tmobile network. This issue happened on my previous phone an iphone 11 too. So i try to send a picture text to someone who has an android phone and the picture will fail to send unless the person im sending the picture to responds back. Then once the person responds, the pictures go through fine for about a day or 2 and then the problem comes back and they have to text me so i can send a picture. It seems like it doesnt matter what android phone it is and the carrier its on, the issue occurs with all android phones and carriers those androids are on. Text messages send just fine, its just the pictures are the issue until that person responds back to me.
