cost to call EU from US
I have an over 55 magenta plan with international roaming, I made 4 calls to the US and Ireland this month and was charged $3 p. Minute total $112. Of course it's a my bad, but, like other carriers I should be given the price upfront per minute when I make an international call. This a gouging. I have had my T Mobile account, for over 20 years, with a small break. Come on, I am sick of calling Indian call centers to be told nothing can be done. I was checking out T-Mobile's international roaming terms because it is supposedly $15/MB(!!!!!!!!!!)-reminds me of the time Verizon tried to charge $0.002/kb rather than their quoted 0.002¢/kb-and noticed this on the page: What is kpbs? Kilopits ber second?? Kiloper bits second??? Also, that is just pathetic. Most modern web services will flat out refuse to even maintain a connection at those speeds. It is simply not worth it to them to keep a connection open that long and make that little headway.
