T-mobile is BLOCKING me from ordering directly on Samsung.com
I'm trying to take advantage of the pre-order special for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra directly from Samsung.com because their offer is better than T-mobile. Samsung.com is offering the same promotion as T-mobile + a free Samsung Galaxy 5 watch and $37.55 off my total (thanks to my employer perks discount). Which brings me to a total of ~$27 a month for 24mo installment plan with a trade in of my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G. T-mobile I would have to pay ~$31 and that will not include a Samsung Galaxy 5 watch. So purchasing directly with Samsung.com is a no Brainer. However, it turns out I can't because I am a loyal customer of almost 22 years and I am on a legacy agreement called the MCSA which is blocking my T-mobile PIN on the Samsung website. Specifically this error message: "You've tried to login with an account type which is not supported on Samsung.com" The only solution to this is for them to switch my account to a "regular" account but in doing so I will lose any and all promotions and discounts that I have on my account which includes a free line credit that I took advantage of 3 years ago. How is this fair? And any thoughts or suggestions? This promo ends tonight :(
International Data Pass for Grandfather plan
who's here still has their grandfather plan and would like to have Tmobile back the easy option to purchase Intl Data Passonline rather than calling the customer service when traveling abroad? my grandfather plan is not even qualified now. I really hope that they take it back that option for all grandfather plan.Grand fathered account Data blocked from working on android??
I have this T-mobiile account(business) for a long time(20+ yrs) so I'm grand fathered. As far as remember since I had it setup for BlackBerry 10 years ago the data would never work on an Android phone it works on differenet iPhones… here & there I tried the SIM on Android phone and the Data never worked and it doesn't as of now. So i assumed since this is an old account I'm blocked from getting Data on Android. I called today for something else but asked about that Data & they said it is supposed to work on any phone no restrictions they can see but after almost 3 hrs back&forth with support it doesn't work they were helpful but no matter what they tried it didn't work on the LG Stylo (which I use overseas and the data works nicely with the SIM from there) So I'm doomed??? and this account would never work on Android??? or there's some weird setting they are missing???
